Geriatric Assessment Center

Dr. Peter NorvidThe Geriatric Assessment and Outpatient Center, located at King-Bruwaert House, provides convenient outpatient medical services by a team of geriatric physicians who understand the physical, social and emotional changes that develop with the aging process. Our medical center, located on the north side of our campus, offers primary care services by appointment. The clinic is open five days a week to King-Bruwaert residents and the public. Lab services and basic medical tests are also available to clinic patients.

Dr. Peter Norvid, who heads the clinic, serves as the King-Bruwaert Medical Director. He is board-certified in geriatrics, internal medicine and hospice. He works closely with a multi-disciplinary team that includes geriatricians, nurses and social workers – all with extensive experience in senior adult health care. Our geriatricians are affiliated with Adventist Hinsdale and Adventist LaGrange Memorial Hospitals and Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.
