Our K-B Adorables and Men in Black Dance and Fitness Troupe share interests in fitness, friendship and fun.

Fitness Director Barbara Schafer leads the troupe - overseeing engagements, props and choreography. The notoriety of this group spans the country as they accept performance engagements celebrating their zest for life. Their travels include conventions in Denver, CO, Nashville, TN, San Antonio, TX, Springfield and Rockford, IL.

They also share intergenerational activities with local schools, Scouting and dance groups.

The K-B Adorables and Men in Black rehearse weekly, changing their routines to fit the season and the occasion.
