Suzanne’s Place

For those experiencing memory loss, we offer the care and services of Suzanne’s Place…a private living area for 11 residents that offers compassionate, personalized care in a safe, secure environment. Our memory loss unit specializes in the care of individuals diagnosed with early- to mid-stage memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

Suzanne’s Place looks and feels like a comfortable home. The setting includes a private dining room with a warm, cozy fireplace, an outdoor garden courtyard, a recreation area with gazebo, large screen television, sitting area and 24-hour nursing. Our staff understands the range of needs relating to individuals who benefit from daily assistance, activities and stimulation. We make every effort to create a stable environment that encourages individual dignity and self esteem by focusing on abilities, rather than disabilities.

Continuum of Care
In the event of any changes that may require a higher level of care and attention, residents in Suzanne’s Place may advance to our 35-bed Healthcare Center that offers 24-hour skilled nursing services.
